Common Questions

How does AI marketing or “GEO” affect my business?
This is one of the fastest-growing shifts in how people search. More people are turning to ChatGPT, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews instead of a traditional results page — and you've probably noticed yourself relying on that AI summary at the top of Google more than you used to. This has upended a lot of traditional advertising strategy. If you're not optimizing for how AI engines find and recommend businesses, you're already falling behind. We help you get ahead of it.
Do Reddit ads make sense for my business?
Reddit has deep trust with its users and is growing faster than most other platforms. People go there for unbiased opinions and real experiences, so an active presence in relevant communities — combined with targeted ads and Reddit Pixel conversion tracking — can set you apart from competitors who aren't there yet. It's also tied directly to AI search: a lot of generative AI recommendations for local businesses pull from Reddit threads, so showing up there helps you show up in AI results too.
How long does it take to get me up and running if I'm a new business?
Timelines vary based on your needs, but we can have your website live in as little as 4 business days, with refinements made together once it's live. Your ad accounts can be built out on a similar timeline — our goal is to get you up and running fast so you can start generating leads right away.
How are you different from a generalist marketing agency?
Our founder's background is in installing floor coatings, so we know the terminology, your seasonality, and how to advertise around it. We know the terms your customers are searching, and we cut through the confusing messaging around polyurea vs. polyaspartic vs. epoxy, what a “full flake” or “hybrid” floor is, and when quartz makes sense. We're not learning your industry on your dime — we built our targeting around it from day one.
How do you track the success of your services?
We use conversion tracking through tools like the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager to see exactly what's working. This lets us track when someone visits your site and whether that visit leads to a call or form submission — whether it happens right away or weeks later. You get clear reporting on which campaigns are actually producing leads, not just clicks.
How much should I spend per month on marketing?
It depends on how many jobs you're looking to book, but a good rule of thumb is 5–10% of your target revenue. The more effective your campaigns become, the lower that percentage tends to drop over time.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts required. We work month-to-month, because we believe our results should be what keeps you with us — not a contract. That said, marketing takes time to compound, so we recommend giving any campaign at least 60–90 days before judging results or making major changes.
What's included in your monthly management fee?
Your monthly fee covers strategy, campaign setup, ongoing optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting — everything on the marketing side. Ad spend (what you pay directly to Google or Meta) is separate and goes straight to the platform, so you always know exactly where your budget is going.
How soon will I see results?
Most Google and Meta campaigns need 2–4 weeks of data before we can really start optimizing — that's normal and expected. GEO and AI search optimization is more of a long game, with traction usually building over 1–3 months as your content gets indexed and cited. Either way, you'll get regular updates so you always know what's happening and why.
